All accommodations are conveniently located in Büyükada, within walking distance of the city center. Our luxurious, tranquil, and hygienic hotels provides single and shared rooms with comfortable beds, desks, wardrobes, and mini-refrigerators. Linens, towels and unlimited high-speed internet are also provided at no additional charge. Room and roommate preferences, if applicable, must be indicated on the application form.

Minor participant who wishes to participate in the festival must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All accompanying adults must also apply in the Passive program to be eligible to stay in the program, and attend artistic activities with the participants.
Breakfast will be provided by hotels and host family. Participants are encouraged to join our lunch plans which includes intimate lunch with the artist faculty members. Designed by the Splendid Palas Hotel and Meziki Hotel, the meals are healthy and balanced (Vegetarian option available). During the meal hours, students will learn to socialize and communicate with their mentors and other participants.
All participants can freely use practicing studios and pianos in the island. There are grand pianos and upright pianos. All is 10 minuets walking distance from the Splendid Palas Hotel.
Near the harbour front, located 2 minutes walking distance from the Splendid Palas Hotel, there are many delicious Turkish, Italian, French, and Asian restaurants and various stores available. Bank and Post Office are located in the harbour front.
There are number of pharmacies and a hospital (Kartal Dr. Lütfü Kırdar Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi) located just 5 minutes away from the Music Building. For insurance purposes, participants’ Turkish ID Number must be submitted on the application form. International participants are suggested to apply for the international health insurance prior to their arrivals, and email firstname.lastname@example.org about the insurance information and legal name.
